nak cakap dia tu bongok kang,, aku rasa dia tu bangang. haihh,, tak tahu la apa nak jadi dengan budak laki zaman sekarang.. cakap tak serupa apa yang dibuat.. pftt, tiba2 skema ayat aku.. kk. aku just nak share pasal benda ni je kat korang. sometimes,, aku rasa laki ni tak berguna! serius aku cakap! dorang cakap taknk buat taknak buat last last aku tengok,, BUAT JUGAKK! bengang betul aku.. lain kali kalau tak yakin dengan apa yang kau nak kata tuu,, jangan bagi tahu aku,, serius aku rasa bengang ngan kauu.. cakap tak serupa bikin.. nak jer aku sepakk kauu.. nasib baik aku dah berubah jadi wanita yang lemah lembut.. kalau tak memang aku dah ganyang kau cukup cukup!

First of all, I would like to say thank you, for giving me the strength to do this project work.

Not forgotten my parents, Abdul Razak bin Hussin and Maizan bt Japar for providing everything, such as money, to buy anything that are related to this project work and their advise, support which are the most needed for this project. Internet, books, computers and all that. They also supported me and encouraged me to complete this task so that I will not procrastinate in doing it.

Then I would like to thank my lecturer, Encik Nik Adlin Nazrin bin Nik Adib for  guiding me and my friends throughout this project. We had some difficulties in doing this task, but he taught us patiently until we knew what to do. He tried and tried to teach us until we understand what we supposed to do with the project work. Introduction

During World War 2, British scientist Alan Turing designs the Colossus, an electronic computer created for the military to break German codes. The computer’s existence is kept secret until the 1970s. Dr John V. Atanasoff and Clifford Berry design and build the first electronic digital computer. Their machine, the Atansoff-Berry-Computer, or ABC, provides the foundation for advance in electronic digital computers.

In 1945s, John von Neumann poses in front of the electronic computer built at the Institute for Advanced Study. This computer and its von Neumann architecture served as the prototype for subsequent stored program computers worldwide.

Also in 1946s, Dr John W. Mauchy and J. Preper Eckert, Jr. complete work on the first large-scale electronic, general-purpose digital computer. The ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Intergrator And Computer) weighs 30 tons, contains 18,000 vacuum tubes, occupies 30 x 50 foot space, and concumes 160 kilowatts of power. The first time it is turned on, lights dim in an entire section of Philadelphia.

William Shockley, John Bardeen , and Walter Brattain invent the transfer resistance device, eventually called the transsistor would revolutionize computers, proving much more reliable than vacuum tubes in 1947s.

The first commercially available electronic digital computer, the UNIVAC (UNIVersal Automatic Computer), is introduced by Remington Rand. Public awareness of computers increases when the UNIVAC 1, after analyzing only five percent of the popular vote, correctly predicts that Dwight D. Eisenhower will win thenpresidential election in 1951s.

Use Of The Social Web And Effect On Student

Internet is a network of interconnected computers that enables global Internet users exchanging information / data through the network. Internet is a global-scale data communication system, an infrastructure consisting of hardware and software that connects computers located in the network. Speaking about internet-connected computer network and interact with each other on a global scale.

Social sites can link an individual to another individual or group of clusters. There are many social sites produced. These include Facebook which is one of the popular social networking site created by Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter tweets with the term famous and designed by Jack Dorsey. In this globalization era, with modern technologies, web sites like this are becoming increasingly popular and ages into a frenzy and the site became part of our lives.

In total, there are about 170 social networking sites at this time. Among the social website of choice is Facebook, Friendster, Myspace, and Twitter. The proof, in particular social website Facebook has 350 million users globally. Among the positive effects of teens use the Internet to explore the outside world. The teenagers can add contacts from all over the world. They also can exchange views and share stories about the country and culture of their respective countries. It indirectly, foster prosperity and peace through the internet because internet users could get a little knowledge of a country's culture. In addition, the use of internet to save time, energy and money. It is with this application and a specific network on the internet as an example of buying online or 'E-Commerce / Online shopping'. When doing 'online shopping' shoppers can save time and money by not having to stores and there is a wide selection of products that can be purchased. In addition, the buyers have sufficient time to consider and make a comparison in terms of price and quality of a product with more appropriate than when you make a purchase to be able to examine the physical offerings from other vendors. The second example, online banking; 'online banking. Customers can conduct banking transactions over the Internet every time anywhere.

Among the adverse effects of the use of the internet is exposing the youth to the elements outside or yellow culture which does not benefit the youth themselves. For example, not all of western culture is nice to be replicated as free sex culture and hedonism. The use of unlimited internet expose teens to cyber crime. Today, cyber crime is increasing in parallel with the increase in number of internet users. Among the types of cyber crime is fraud, damage or modification on programs or computer data, information theft, unauthorized access to the system, to copy software illegally, espionage, cyber gambling, hackers or 'hackers', the spread of the virus and crime pornography. Cyber ​​Crimes committed by those who are not responsible and do not appreciate internet facilities provided in our country. And it can also cause us to become addicted to computer

Effect Of Computer Addiction

Computer addiction is normally known as a mental illness which causes the excessive use of computers to the extent that it interferes with daily life. Excessive use may explain problems in social interaction, mood, personality, work ethic, relationships, thought processes, or sleep deprivation. Our society is becoming more and more computer dependent not only for information, but for fun and entertainment. This trend is a potential problem affecting all ages, starting with computer games for kids to chats for the unwary or vulnerable adult. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders does not include a diagnosis for such a disease. The symptoms of computer addiction are  quite specific that is Psychological Symptoms and Physical Symptoms. Psychology Symptoms is having a sense of well-being or euphoria while at the computer, inability to stop the activity, craving more and more time at the computer, neglect of family and friends, feeling empty, depressed, irritable when not at the computer, lying to employers and family about activities and problems with school or job. Meanwhile Physical Symptoms is about carpal tunnel syndrome, dry eyes, migraine headaches, back aches, eating irregularities, such as skipping meals, failure to attend to personal hygiene and sleep disturbances, change in sleep pattern.

From what we have talked before, today’s youth spend to much time on computer, surfing the Internet for hours. Some have become addicted and suffer from Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD). There are some effects of computer addiction to the community that I want to give such as the isolation, avoidance and no family bonding. Informed as these two effects could lead to poor physical and mental for not carrying out activities outside the home. They tend to feel that computer is the only form of relationship that youths have the time to focus on. They have a tendency to lose the desire for human contact and communication and in a way they are breaking away from reality.           

 One of the main consequences of spending too much time on the computer that youths are likely to disregard is personal neglect. When one is too obsessed with surfing the Internet, they tend to pay no attention to their standard of living apart from the computer which they are using. Some may not take bath, clean their room, or eat well as they are much too focused on what they are doing virtually. Because of the long hours spent engaged with a computer, youths often have eating irregularities, such as skipping meals or overeating. This indirectly leads to health disorders, for instance, malnutrition of the youth’s body. Health disorders usually occured because they are always in front of a computer that will lead to back ache, dry eyes and so on. Back problems are common among people who spent a lot of time sitting at computer desks. Late-night computer sessions cut into much-needed sleep time. Long-term sleep deprivation causes drowsiness, difficulty concentrating, and depression of the immune system.

The ultimate effect that computer has on youth’s who are addict to them is academic deterioration. Since youth’s usually occupy most of their time with the computer and Internet, they tend to not focus much on their studies at all. This indirectly leads to awful grades in exams and a bad perception from the teacher and parents. For this reason, the youth’s teacher and parents will scold and punish them in one way or another for flunking an exam. And when this happens, the youth’s tend to feel depressed psychologically. Sometimes, they get miserable when they are grounded or not allowed to use the computer in any way by their parents.

Conclusion

           Conclusion on computer obsession will only increase as time passes as it is now the era of computers. More and more people all over the world will experience the health disorder, social and emotional effects due to computer addiction. These problems should not be left untreated as it can bring serious harms to the youth’s that are addicted with the computer and will have a bad effect in their future. In my opinion, youth’s can spend time on computer surfing the Internet but not excessively. But I believe that if you find yourself doing something good on it, like gaining skills, then you are doing something important. For one, the computer has many areas of places that you can enjoy doing. Such as watching movies, reading books and looking at tutorials. I do a lot of researching on the computer for school and believe that it helps a lot and it is a gateway to a vast source of knowledge.
